From December (I think), Hougang feeder services would most likely be left to 3-4 services.
Service 321: Extended to HG Central even though 62 is extended to Punggol as 62 does not serve the last NEL train and 321 is sorely a flat fare service unlike 62.
Service 322: Withdrawn, as most of its routes are covered by 72 and 325 from HG Central.
Service 326: Withdrawn, with the extension of 62 and from HG Stn to Ave 6 is just a short walk.
Service 327: Starting from HG Central and having its routes shortened.
Service 328: Withdrawn, duplicate with 325 at HG Central.
For trunk services it may be like this...

Service 151: Extended to HG Central and covering routes of 322, 326 at HG Ave 3 (Unlikely as there is 81 from Kovan Stn and serving last NEL train at Kovan).
Service 51: Extended to HG Central using Upp Serangoon Rd
Service 132: Exception, likely to be extended to Serangoon Central as it has to serve Upp Serangoon Road. -

I think that svc 321, 327 and 325 may merge and become a townlink service serving the orginal routes of svc 325 and 321. Don't want to speculate otherwise some people may not be too happy. For me I adopt a "wait-and-see" approach, see if they amend this and make any noise if necessary. For instance, Sv. 107, Sv. 82 and Sv. 62 really came as a shock as none of us had predicted they would be amended so soon.

Why not extend Svc 119 to Lorong Ah Soo by covering Svc 321 route...at most add only 3 buses...

Do note that SBST has introduced services 3A, 51A and 143A (to name a few) to Pasir Ris Dr 12, Pandan Gardens and Teban Gardens respectively, which are late night short-working trips after 11.30 pm, purpose is to ferry passengers home until around 12.30 am (last MRT train) after the last normal trip departs the interchange.
SBST may introduce a short-working trip on service 62 similar to the above-mentioned, to ferry passengers from Hougang MRT station to Lor Ah Soo. Or on service 53 from Serangoon MRT station to Hougang Ave 1. -

Next, I was thinking that service 87 between Hougang Central and Eunos Link can replace service 51 route, but what about the part from Jln Eunos to Eunos interchange? Take services 93 or 94 and transfer again to service 87? Trouble-some right?
So, I will temporary suggest service 51 terminates at Hougang Central until I have a more better proposal. -
I came out with this suggestion.
Service 25 to amend to ply via Hougang Ave 8, Ave 4, Central, Upp Serangoon Rd and continue with its current route. The amendment will cause service 25 to skip majority of Hougang Ave 2. This is to maintain the link between Hougang Central and Jln Eunos. Alternative service along Hougang Ave 2 is service 854 (to Eunos and Bedok) and service 132 (to Ang Mo Kio) [Service 132 to extend to Serangoon interchange to maintain the link between Ang Mo Kio and Kovan]
With the amendment of service 25, service 51 will be shortened to ply between Jurong East interchange and New Bridge Rd terminal. Alternative services from Hougang Central to Sims Ave/Geylang Rd is by services 62 and to Sims Ave/Geylang Rd/Bugis/Chinatown is by service 80. As for the stretch between Jln Eunos and Aljunied Rd, passengers can take service 854 and transfer to service 21 along Jln Eunos. -
Service 25 is unlikely to be touched. SBST would not give up monopoly at Hougang Ave 2 to service 854. In this way, service 25 could lose pax to 854 as it is not as direct as 854.
