suprisingly today while i was waiting for serv 60 to work at eunos,i did saw a volvo olympian 2 axles non-a/c in serv 60!second surprised is i saw a dennis trident 3 axles(not sure what serv cause the eds is off)parked along with other regulars buses(mostly volvo's).
from my thinking is eunos going to introduced a new service or maybe they wanted to make it variable to other serv with double-decks buses because in future, eunos is going to have more new housing flats.anyway, that it from me,wish you'll have a happy days ahead.

If that is true, I would be very happy. I find Tridents are very comfortable (very good suspension), have lots of torque and interior noise is rather low (compared to other double deck buses).Originally posted by SBS9818A:Maybe Sv. 154 could get Tridents. Yes, Tridents are much much quieter than B10TLs, but the best is still the 96xx VOs.Originally posted by Yusry:If that is true, I would be very happy. Only thing I dislike about the Tridents is that the upper deck windscreen do not envelope as much as those using the Alexander Royale bodies and thus reduces peripheral vision of the road ahead.
Agreed. Love it when that bus services service 154. I do see it sometimes on service 64.Originally posted by SBS9818A:A la SBS 9670H, quietest ride I ever had on a 3-axle VO.

I thought it operated from Holland Drive or Close, outside Bouna Vista Terminal, instead of going in?Originally posted by tranquilice:Service 602 operated from Buona Vista terminal and loop along Shenton Way, via Holland Rd and Orchard Rd. Withdrawn in 2001.
That's right. CSS sv. 602 did not terminate inside Buona Vista Terminal. Its terminal was along Holland Dr, opp the swimming complex. But sometime in the late 90s, the terminal was closed and sv. 602 started its route from Shenton Way Terminal and looped at Holland Dr. Route was as follows:-Originally posted by SBS9818A:I thought it operated from Holland Drive or Close, outside Bouna Vista Terminal, instead of going in?

What were services 1, 4, 6 and 9? I remember Sv. 9 went to the airport if I'm not mistaken.Originally posted by The_Bus_Guide:CSS services
602 Shenton Way - Holland Dr
603 St Michaels - Upp Cross St
605 Sin Ming Rd - Bt Merah
607 St Michaels - New Bridge Rd
608 Bedok - Bt Merah
In the beginning, there were 9 services numbered 1-9. Sv. 1, 4, 6 & 9 were withdrawn in the 80s. The 5 remaining routes were re-numbered as above (eg. 2 -> 602) in 1997. Now, only 603, 605 and 608 remain. Sv. 603 will be withdrawn soon.
