i honestly feel that there is a need for a 3rd bus operators such as government back comfort bus services if ptc give the green light.afterall we all know that css will be closing down next years after 29 years of services.futhermore sbst is cutting more and more of it services due to the loss making of it's NEL.(already loss, but cut off bus services mean more losses, agreed?)anyway there are no need to feedback to them why must they cut or amended their services or why css has to withdrawn, cause the answer i think you gentleman's out there already know what they are going to reply.sound impossible, but miracles do happen.i'm not anti-sbst nor tibs, but the inclusion of a 3rd bus operators means more alternatives and choices and the 3rd bus operators need not be a large services, just 4 to 7 services will do.anyway,i do hope that sbst need not to cut off more services, but to purchased more new models..haa..haa!
shock to see a dennis lance with a volgren body builder, thought i'm dreaming.

What's the point? Singapore is too small to be able to support three operators. CSS would be termed a "half-operator" since it only runs in the day and doesn't operate on Sundays.
