The new interchange will open on Sunday 30 Nov from 9.30 am. Services 3, 62, 83, 84 and 136 will use the interchange.

Most of the time, I believe the official announcement. Yes, I speculate that service 3 will terminate there else it will be a long loop service. i think sbstransit will probably introduce new service soon operating from punggol inetrchange.tibs maybe also introduce a bus from woodlands or yishun to punggol interchange because i heard there is few bus from punggol to the north like yishun,sembawang and woodlands.

Depends lah. Unless they amend Sv. 161 to specially ply that area then there would be no link to WDL. Sv. 969 can't possibly come in and ply Punggol also what. Yeah... It's only a temporary interchange... New services more likely introduced when the permanent interchange opens with more berths...

But then again, Some buses pass Bishan and Eunos enroute to other interchanges (e.g. 13, 88, 156 for BIshan) while Punggol is at the north-eastern end already... So I don't think it's a fair comparison this way... what u mean... extend means still can pass by hougang central (like 87 and 72) and then go on to punggol and sengkang... Anyway 132 likely to shift to hougang central nxt feb also what...

Service 132 relocating to Hougang Central is a 50-50 chance.
