  If i'm not wrong, i think 405S was Service 8 and 33G was Service 155. Any idea why SBST decided to put these 2 buses on Svc 90?

  I've been noticing since August/September this year about this NEW discovery.
  
  In the evening peak on weekdays, Service 238 has a crossover bus from Service 26. The plate is SBS 512 R, before that it was used to be SBS 323 U. The bus will arrive around 1810 hrs at the feeder services alighting area instead of the Svc 26 berth. The bus driver will then change the plate to 238 before running into service at around 1816 hrs. The bus will make 3 trips of Svc 238 before returning to the depot at around 2000 hrs.

  Today I took SBS 9595 S of service 89. The aircon outlet is weird
  and totally useless as no a/c can be felt. The older outlets can at
  least feel some cold air when a/c is in low mode. Also, a new seat
  counter is kind of "pasted" on top of the old one. It is very flat.

  I was the one who complained that there is no AC buses on wkdays. So they immediately put ASDs as PAC services meant that it has to be PAC DAILY not just Sat and Sun.
  
  I think 90 would have ASD for sometime.

  i saw a volgren bus on tibs service 980.a rare sight in 980 since modt bus models are scania 113 and dennis lance 245 and some mercedes 0405.

  Yes, I must agree with you. The aircon of SBS 9595S is freaking hot. It is the superbus with the advertisement calling for more SBS drivers right?

  In addition to SBS9818A's answer, TIB 970 H is the only Volgren Mercedes O405 on service 980. The latter moved to service 980 from service 61 after some adjustments in fleet deployment.

  And it has been perm for at least TWO months liao. Not to mention Sv. 980 may even get TIB 1017D/1018B.

  I've taken SBS 3652 A today. it seems like a run-around bus for bram services. I used to see it on Svc 238 & 232. On one occasion - Svc 157.
