TIB1011U is active with Svc 852.. it most probably swung to Svc 804 during evening peak or night peak.. others Lances AFAIK on Svc 852 are 1007H, 1008E, 1010Y and 1013P. TIB1012S is active on Svc 851.Originally posted by TropicalSQ744:Invasion of Dennis Lances on 804. At least 3 Lance 245s are in service currently. Spotted TIB1011U on 16th. Looks like TIBS is finally acknolodging that these Lances are best on feeders.
TIB1163P on 812 some days ago.
The horrible 855 dosen't seem to get any better yet. Evening peak freq is horrible and bus load is close to over the limit. They seem to ignore that. Just a guage, 857 had about 5 people at the Lentor stretch while 855 full seated and almost full standing pax. I'm disgusted at the attention TIBS pays to this service.

Sv. 188 O405Gs cannot split-shift on Sv. 855 due to the fact they come from different depots altogether, AMDEP for Sv. 855 and KJDEP for Sv. 188Originally posted by ^tamago^:TIB1011U is active with Svc 852.. it most probably swung to Svc 804 during evening peak or night peak.. others Lances AFAIK on Svc 852 are 1007H, 1008E, 1010Y and 1013P. TIB1163P runs around either Svc 851, 854, 857 or 969 on weekends, and Svc 806 and 812 on weekdays.. usually can catch it on Svc 806 though..
regarding Svc 855, i was thinking if Svc 188's Bendys can split shift with Svc 855.. heh..
and regarding Lances on feeders, i think the Lances will spoil faster since feeders have rather heavy demand at times.. the O405s are very reliable in this respect.. i've seen it taking full pax up to the door with less relative acceleration problems than other models.. and Mercedes buses are very very reliable..
Precisely why the service need 2-axle VOs or 3-axle LOs.Originally posted by service_238:SBS 3811 H on Svc 410 White Plate. 95 % Capacity @1915
I personally dont think they need any ADDs. AFAIK, most of the 95% on board live at Bishan North Estate. Btw, SBS 3658 J is back for service this morning.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Precisely why the service need 2-axle VOs or 3-axle LOs.
Correct, Sv. 238 does need DDs. Perhaps they should transfer O405G SBS 999U hor?Originally posted by service_238:I personally dont think they need any ADDs. AFAIK, most of the 95% on board live at Bishan North Estate. Btw, SBS 3658 J is back for service this morning.
If you're talking about ADDs, Svc 238 should have it. SBST didnt deploy it on 238 would be because there's alot of elderly residents in the area and the route is short. They would rather increase the frequency than to deploy a VSO

TIB1011U is active with Svc 852Maybe its just a roamer? That time i took TIB1011U on 804 was during morning off-peak
Why bother to transfer SBS999U to Sv. 238? Might as well transfer it to to a service that needs it more than it does?[ A service that serves passenger in the city area]Originally posted by SBS9818A:Correct, Sv. 238 does need DDs. Perhaps they should transfer O405G SBS 999U hor?

I caught a bit of the rego of the bus. The first digit is 4 and the last digit is 4. Could it beSBS 404 U?
SBS 414 R?
SBS 424 L?
SBS 434 H?
SBS 454 A?
SBS 464 X?
SBS 474 S?
SBS 484 M or
SBS 494 J?
I reckon it is SBS 494 J. Can someone verify this?

The article has a pic of a VSO with party-goers inside. I reckon that this bus is SBS 9815 H because of its Tiger ad. :p
