Yes, I saw the NAC CRB on Service 38 yesterday too. SBST is out to fool and deceive its customers. I've checked out the Service Guides Information Board at Bedok Int. and found out it is still a PAC service. Next I went to Tanah Merah MRT busstop, and found out it is a FAC service. Such a disgrace.
However only one NAC CRB was deployed at any one time. I've yet to see more NAC CRBs deployed on Service 38, which I am hoping it won't happen.

I don't recall seeing 9046 on bus 10 , as for the scania OAC , I have been seeing fewer in Bedok north and more mark 3s on bus 29 , i think there is a perm bus. I have to keep a note on bus 29's fleet.

SBS have a willing to amend 8 to Upp Aljunied Road, however end destination will still be TPY as there will be no link to Bedok Reservior Road and moreover there is 22 to 53/ 156 linking to Bishan.
The admendment helps passengers from Upp Aljunied to PTP station as it cost more to SGN station if going South using NEL. However, CRC told me that this cannot be done as there is a ban on turning right from Upp Serangoon Road (From City) to Upp Aljunied Road, is there such a ban? -

I saw an off-service 51 on Braddell Road travelling towards SBST HQ.
It was an 3X Olympian with pink Sentosa livery.

Regarding the Tanah Merah MRT both bus stops, the service 38 fleet status is changed from PAC to FAC sometime last year. For cars no ban, but for buses there is a safety risk. also, i sat a MKIII (877M) on Svc 96 at evening time yesterday and i can hear that the gearbox is ZF 4-gear, like those used in MKIV Striders.. seems like they were testing ZF gearbox on the at least one of those last batch of MKIIIs (800-plus series) befoe buying Striders with ZF.. but today i have yet to spot it on Svc 96 and it has not appear on my regos list before.. however shld be a bbdep bus.. do look out for it.. -
I happened to take 90 from Opp POSBank. I saw the captains timetable, I got a shock!
The captain would drive for 52 mins and got only 8 min of rest. However, the bus was late for 6 mins and you know whether did the driver get any decent rest at all.
Anyway, how does SBS does timetabling, is it 4 hrs of operation and get a 1 hr of paid rest? If that's the case, the captain only got only 36 mins for rest. -

You should see routes like Airport routes & Svc 15. I can faint after seeing their timetable. Besides 90 is a short route.. It shouldnt be a problem for the drivers.. Short rt, come on, the jouney takes 65 mins during peak hrs.
If you take 8 or 90, you would realise that drivers are very scared to Whompoa South as it takes 6 mins to clear to get to S'goon Road. But drivers still need a rest after a journey as they need concentration while driving, otherwise there will be high accident rate, touch wood...
I remembered 9818 saying abt 13A, an update, 13A is no longer in service ever since 133A was extended to AMK. -
I wonder how much rest the drivers of 51 and 55 get then...
