Should be at the east. However, SBS 3600 A will be serving service 379 till this Saturday, before becoming the newly amended service 103 along with services 103 and 378.Originally posted by service_238:Speaking of which, does anyone have any idea where did Scania's SBS 3575 P - SBS 3600 A went? They used to serve Toa Payoh area.
Were they all along with BRAM/AMDEP, since Sv. 378/Sv. 379 were controlled by AMDEP all along.Originally posted by off_service:Should be at the east. However, SBS 3600 A will be serving service 379 till this Saturday, before becoming the newly amended service 103 along with services 103 and 378.
Now that the new Service 103 has taken effect, where did the Scanias go? Even Svc 107 is fully aircon. ANy idea of them being redeployed in the AMK Feeder services?Originally posted by SBS9818A:Were they all along with BRAM/AMDEP, since Sv. 378/Sv. 379 were controlled by AMDEP all along.
There are no Scanias in the AMK feeder services... All are 37xx or 38xx series... Merc buses that were converted to air-con... Or Merc O405 sometimes...Originally posted by service_238:Now that the new Service 103 has taken effect, where did the Scanias go? Even Svc 107 is fully aircon. Unlikely, since the Scanias are NAC. They will most likely be used for Sv. 90 or perhaps transfer to BNDEP. SBST has an excess of NAC Scanias at BRAM/AMDEP right now as it is, and more OACs are coming in. Interesting to note that Central District NEVER had any OAC N113CRBs from the start, till 31L came in from somewhere else and now left for BNDEP.Originally posted by service_238:Now that the new Service 103 has taken effect, where did the Scanias go? You forgot about 3, 29, 155, 228 and 293... Think 17 still uses some Scanias too...Originally posted by th1988:True, as only certain sv uses Scania

For some reason the NAC Scanias of regos < 3616 has disappeared out of my sight. Wonder whether they've been scrapped?
Then please type properly to AVOID confusion!Originally posted by th1988:I am writing scanias meaning NAC fleets!
Sv. 293 is supposed to be full A/C isn't it, but SBST always send NAC N113CRBs in.Originally posted by foxtrot1985:SBS3627Z on 293 (non AC Scania with side Olympus ad) seen today.
SBST has excess NAC Scanias and dont know what to do with them. That's why they're deployed on some FAC services, especially feeders. It's a good thing although TPY feeders are FAC, none of them was deployed an NAC bus before.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Sv. 293 is supposed to be full A/C isn't it, but SBST always send NAC N113CRBs in.
Wait, wasn't BRAM the one with excess NAC N113CRBs? They should have converted some more, earliest rego I know of is SBS 3640.Originally posted by service_238:SBST has excess NAC Scanias and dont know what to do with them. SBS 3606J did operate on Sv. 410 for a while. Sv. 90 has SBS 3720L as well, don't forget.Originally posted by service_238:I Guess the NAC 293 was from service 19. Service 19 doesnt operate on sundays.
I'm based in TPY. It's a rare sight if I see a FAC Scania on 90 on weekdays. Some of the NAC Scanias on 90 include
SBS 3623 J
SBS 3619 Y
SBS 3616 E
SBS 3606 J
SBS 3605 L
Are you sure? Service 19 does operate on Sundays and even on Public Holidays.Originally posted by service_238:I Guess the NAC 293 was from service 19. Service 19 doesnt operate on sundays.
Another trend I noticed is on Sunday, Sv. 37 will use a full fleet of B10M Mk IVs borrowed from Sv. 8Originally posted by Superbus:Are you sure? Service 19 does operate on Sundays and even on Public Holidays.
Cheers and warm regards
Quite possible... 37 only requires 2 or 3 buses for its fleet. In fact, 2 is enough already.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Another trend I noticed is on Sunday, Sv. 37 will use a full fleet of B10M Mk IVs borrowed from Sv. 8
