  92 is controlled by BBDEP. The Darts come from BBDEP.

  I have one puzzling question.. If Soon Lee deploys most of the bus services in the west. How about BBDEP? Is it because of the number of 170 buses they need to deploy which leads to why BBDEP cannot deploy many buses and services?

  SLBP sends buses to BNL and JE. For C'menti and the rest, BBDEP takes charge. Bukit Merah services are under BBDEP/ARBP. BBDEP actually has a fleet of 60 Mk IIIs for Sv. 170 but no more than 40 are used each time.

  60 for Sv 170 only? Doesnt SBS only have about 300 MK3s? So 20% of SBS' MK3s are dedicated to Sv 170?
  
  Another question about Sv 170. Why doesnt a depot closer to Queen St take charge of Sv 170. Bukit Batok is quite far from the city...

  Sv. 170 has only 60 Mk IIIs dedicated to it.

  Of the remaining 80%, 75-80% are found in the East District while the remaining 20-25% are found in the West District. This excludes the 170 buses.
  
  Right from the start 170 has all along controlled by BBDEP. Moreover there're lesser services in the west than the east. Hence, it'd be good for SBST to let 170 be controlled by a West District depot. i.e BBDEP.
  
  Another reason on why BBDEP was chosen is that when 170 needs to refuel, its convenient for drivers from JB and Queen St to stop over for refuel at BBDEP as its practically 'along' the 170 route.
  
  Let's say 170 is controlled by AMDEP, 170 need to travel all the way up north just for refuelling. It'd be very inconvenient for them, right?

  Last statement is not true. Sv. 168 and Sv. 161 AMDEP based buses refuel at BNDEP/HGDEP respectively.

  SBST are now asking permission to Malaysia to increase the buses from 60 to 80.

  yup the 92A non AC WA/DM buses are interchangeably used with buona vista terminal buses. eg 1871,1873,1874. they are used on 92A during the peak hours. other times they operate on 92, 91, 191 or 200

  They need to because the Johor Government have special specifications that are required for the buses.

  Look at the quote (from this page) in the above reply. You mentioned that service 92 buses are controlled by BBDEP, and this should include service 92A. I have seen before a off-service 92A Mk2 NAC WA coming out of BBDEP.
