Actually SBS have found out that service 8's is not a very reliable service after all with 1-15 mins frequency which is supposed to be 9-12 mins. Also service 8's demand is not very high either. That's why during RSAF Open House, service 90 was running at 3-5 mins and 8 12-15 mins as there is 28 along Paya Lebar Road to TPY as well.
Also service 90 seem to have high demand if ADDs are deployed as many shy taking 90 because of its NAC fleet but SBS bo -chap and care only 8. Also 90 is a HQ bus service some more...

In fact, service 8 should be admended to Bishan leaving only 90. By then, SBS would be forced to provide a better service to 90, is this a better way instead of complaing 30-40 times?
