Out of interest the Sv. 14 bus involved in accident is SBS 3693G, not SBS 3689. It suffered damage to front right portion and less than eight(?) years later suffered damage to the SAME portion, in the infamous TPY Temporary Int accident.
3588 was on 354. Depot transfer maybe?Originally posted by th1988:Today seeing 3588 at TPY Int after 1030. Must have been after serving 90 or as a cameo at TPY as this is not the first time a 0405 or N113CRB making a guest apperance from services like 103, 107, 410.
3625 served 90 on Tuesday on exchange with 3619.
To 9818, your 5 day NAC and 2 day FAC theory was not on this week, 90 had 3 days FAC 1 day PAC & 3 days NAC for Christmas Week and New Year Week.
Not so for Tibs. For eves, they normally beef up services that needed buses, as service 962 did not become full bendies on both eves, only strictly on Saturdays. This is what I think.Originally posted by service_238:3588 was on 354. Depot transfer maybe?
As to the theory, Xmas and NY Day are Sunday Schedules. the Eves are Saturday Schedule. That's the reason for your observation.
Disappeared. I have no idea where it is. Could it be the one in AMK INt Sv. 26x accident?Originally posted by service_238:If that's the case where's SBS 3689 U?
I thought the service 268 accident happened around AMK Ave 8 (Mac Centre area)? AFAIK sv 268 is the only AMK feeder/townlink to get Scania N113s.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Disappeared. I have no idea where it is. Could it be the one in AMK INt Sv. 26x accident?
I wonder what happens if SBST decides to deploy more scanias into AMK feeder service , can't imagine them operating scanias.Originally posted by off_service:I thought the service 268 accident happened around AMK Ave 8 (Mac Centre area)? Don't worry, commuters will enjoy the nice and cold ride.Originally posted by Airbus330Captain:I wonder what happens if SBST decides to deploy more scanias into AMK feeder service , can't imagine them operating scanias.
The CACs, maybe. Certainly not on the "hot-con" Scania OACs.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Don't worry, commuters will enjoy the nice and cold ride.
That's true. I'm not particularly a fan of OAC N113CRBs.Originally posted by off_service:The CACs, maybe. Certainly not on the "hot-con" Scania OACs.
Me too. SBS 32 J aircon suck even if its tuned to full blast. Change the aircon la... lolzOriginally posted by SBS9818A:That's true. I'm not particularly a fan of OAC N113CRBs.
What to do, its a lousy Fuji unit.Originally posted by service_238:Me too. SBS 32 J aircon suck even if its tuned to full blast. Change the aircon la... lolz
A trend I noticed for TPY/Bishan services, on Sat/or on Sat timetables, there will be a LOT of cameos! For example, SBS 3652A is exclusive on Sv. 238 on Sat only.Originally posted by service_238:SBS 3652 A on 238
Timesheet i saw was full day schedule. Here's the first and last trip of the timesheet.
0747 bram
0755 T1
1830 T1
1840 bram
T1 = TPY
The driver on this bus was wearing a short-sleeved shirt.
SBS3607G seems to have replace SBS3611T, which was from Svc 403 but went over to 291 today..Originally posted by service_238:... SBS 3607 G & SBS 68 G on 403 ...
Not really. Actually I think most of the SBST feeder services are fully aircon now. However, all BNDEP feeders have occasional chances of operating NAC Scania N113CRB.Originally posted by foxtrot1985:Hmm... Thought 291 was always a fully air-con service all the while... Didn't expect it to be like 293 when a non-air-con bus might pop in occasionally.
