3625 served 90 on Tuesday on exchange with 3619.
To 9818, your 5 day NAC and 2 day FAC theory was not on this week, 90 had 3 days FAC 1 day PAC & 3 days NAC for Christmas Week and New Year Week.
As to the theory, Xmas and NY Day are Sunday Schedules. the Eves are Saturday Schedule. That's the reason for your observation. -

I realised certain of BNDEP Scanias, especially NAC ones love to be move around services. they treat is as if it was a cameo.

Not really. Actually I think most of the SBST feeder services are fully aircon now. The services that used NAC Scania N113CRB after becoming aircon services are:
Bedok Interchange: 222, 225, 228, 229
Tampines Interchange: 291, 292, 293
In other words, all of them. -
6th january 2004:
SBS 3605 L hovering around TPY feeder area w/o a desto.
SBS 3620 S & SBS 3604 P hanging around Svc 90 area w/o a desto.
3604 was at the extra parking bay beside 31 while 3620 is outside the 26 area.
While I was taking pictures at PSR earlier today, the bus driver would look at me after every picture I took.
