I checked out the book. I realised there's something wrong with the first and last bus departure times of Toa Payoh Feeder Service 231 and 235. At the interchange, the timings were different. Now I know how Mighty Minds got their info from - SBST Bus Website. The website has these timings.

pls lor..i cna write one better thna theirs
as for the 2004 one no point buying since it probably has thousands of mistakes

Will Transitlink come out with an official guide this year or have they stopped coming out with the guides already?

The Transitlink guide cannot be on sale as NEL rationalisation is not finalised yet, remember the HG Sth Int closure? As for printing, it is printing in Malaysia, it will also take some time.
Also the mighty mind guide does not have frequency and the aircon status of the service. -
the HG Sth Int closure has nothing to do with NEL rationalisation. The NEL rationalisation exercise has been fully completed and moreover in past editions of the guide, the guide is accurate as of 31 dec of the year before (i.e. for year 2000 guide, it's accurate as of 31 dec 1999). The closure of HG Sth Int has indirectly got to do with the NEL, partly as they are now 1 station apart and 325 and 328 in a sense duplicate and 322's rt can be covered by 72 as to HG Ave 9 is within $0.63.
As for 1985's qns, answer is yes as you said that it is wef of 31 Dec of any year and if it is held in Nov, it will be delayed partly as it also takes time to transport them from Malaysia.
