Misunderstanding after all

I just called to SBS CRC, and they told me a shocking reply.
Service 90 is an NAC service! But it has not been updated on the e-guide. The call operator told me that there is no overloading but I was most of the time standing on the steps. Also I told her that if it is a NAC service how can it have a FAC fleet on weekends?
What they just told me is that they will investigate this matter seriously as it is all along an NAC service since 1999 and how come it has FAC fleet on weekends and a PAC status on the e guide.
I think after 30-50 calls, they get the matter straight into their head on their serious mistake. -

ah ji lak ka. SBST spouts nonsense! Sv 90 is a PAC Sv! Why do they say it as NAC? Besides that, I do see A/c bus svc running on Sv 90!

Service 90 does not fully load. i ahve been taking svc 90 and observing these few days. either u r very unlucky or....just unlucky...
in fact all the buses i observed during evening peak were stnaidng pax little but hardly fully loaded.
the situation for 94 the same. few standing pax and not fully loaded.

Ya loh. You are very very suay. Sv. 90 has more than sufficient capacity, very rarely do the buses get full standing pax. But, too bad SBS dun even know their fleet well when they are addressing your inquiry.
Service 90 is partially air-con.
It is alway FULL OVERLOADED from 7 am to 8 am
.
I know it because I used it every working day
.
So, a piece of advice to xin1jun2 and SBS9818A, check thoroughly on the service before you pass any comments

I do not know the status of SBST 90. But I had a big surprise today. A sardine packed TIBS 77 at 1930h at Somerset Road. Passengers are sqeezed near to the doorsteps. And there are passengers unable to get into the bus at Wisma Atria (Orchard Boulevard). Hmm, Sv. 77 cannot get bendys thanks to Toh Tuck Rd. It must have been the Christmas shopping season, so the human crush. SBS35B spotted on bus 90 today.
Just like bus 19 which is supposed to be a FAC service , after a few months later, the NAC buses appeared , pretty shocking . -

OK, I have written in to PTC and PTC told me this matter would be sent to LTA first before to SBST. I do not wish to talk further as investigations are now underway and this matter is between me and PTC/ LTA. I also don't wish 9818 to be talking like the bus company or commending on others as well and talking when he does not know the suituation. Thanks to medicated oil and 238 for speaking up as he too know what it is going on.
When I get the first hand reply, I will be writing in with the report. For the while, service 8 has 40% average loading during PM Peak as the buses brunched up and SBS staff are not bothered to take note as with my feedback on 90.
I don't know why SBS opened a CRC when the staff bo chap. -

To 9818, PTC does not allow such of your 5 day NAC 2 day FAC type of deployment. This is due to the term, PAC which means really PAC DAILY as what I have insisted.
9818, please, you critise others when you do not know PTC's regulation. Yet, you say I am just nagging when SBS have not met the standards.
I think PTC may include 90 for 2004 audit as they are receiving a complaint of such lagging standards when they claimed to say that SBS have met most standards. Just a complaint and a positive investigation report matters as what I have said. -

note that service 90 is full air-con on sundays.(why no NACs...i love scania NACs)

OK, 3720L is not on Off peak, this is what PTC is concerned on my complaint. Matter is given to LTA as PAC have to be daily 0600-2330 as PAC to them and me means PAC daily and entire op. -
