It is PAC what. Full a/c fleet on weekends and one a/c bus on weekdays make it partially-aircon what. Why even bother calling SBST on their hotline? The staff just tell you rubbish, AFAIK.Originally posted by th1988:I just called to SBS CRC, and they told me a shocking reply.
Service 90 is an NAC service! But it has not been updated on the e-guide. The call operator told me that there is no overloading but I was most of the time standing on the steps. Also I told her that if it is a NAC service how can it have a FAC fleet on weekends?
What they just told me is that they will investigate this matter seriously as it is all along an NAC service since 1999 and how come it has FAC fleet on weekends and a PAC status on the e guide.
I think after 30-50 calls, they get the matter straight into their head on their serious mistake.
Ya loh. You are very very suay. Sv. 90 has more than sufficient capacity, very rarely do the buses get full standing pax. Unless you're blowing things out of proportion, that is.Originally posted by xin1jun2:Service 90 does not fully load. i ahve been taking svc 90 and observing these few days. either u r very unlucky or....just unlucky...
in fact all the buses i observed during evening peak were stnaidng pax little but hardly fully loaded.
the situation for 94 the same. few standing pax and not fully loaded.

I do not know the status of SBST 90. But I had a big surprise today. A sardine packed TIBS 77 at 1930h at Somerset Road. Passengers are sqeezed near to the doorsteps. And there are passengers unable to get into the bus at Wisma Atria (Orchard Boulevard). It was a big surprised to me, because I thought TIBS77 was running at a loss with loading capacity less than 50%.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Ya loh. You are very very suay. Hmm, Sv. 77 cannot get bendys thanks to Toh Tuck Rd. It must have been the Christmas shopping season, so the human crush. IN that case other services must have been quite full as well.Originally posted by iamgoondu:I do not know the status of SBST 90. But I had a big surprise today. Does TIBS make any field study on their bus services? They must conduct field study and take prompt action to alleviate the uncomfort.
Agreed. Svc 90A on its trip at 0705 @TPY, 0715 @Jln TPY is almost 100% cap.Originally posted by Medicated Oil:Service 90 is partially air-con.
It is alway FULL OVERLOADED from 7 am to 8 am.

But the term PAC still holds. I do not care if PTC find it otherwise. Besides there is a A/C bus on Sv. 90, 3720L. So why complain so much? You AT LEAST have an A/C bus, BETTER than nothing!Originally posted by th1988:Forgot to add,
To 9818, PTC does not allow such of your 5 day NAC 2 day FAC type of deployment. This is due to the term, PAC which means really PAC DAILY as what I have insisted.
9818, please, you critise others when you do not know PTC's regulation. Yet, you say I am just nagging when SBS have not met the standards.
I think PTC may include 90 for 2004 audit as they are receiving a complaint of such lagging standards when they claimed to say that SBS have met most standards. Just a complaint and a positive investigation report matters as what I have said.
Please do. We're all getting sick of the continuous ranting on Sv. 90 vs Sv. 8Originally posted by Airbus330Captain:Ok guys , calm down . If this goes on , I will close this thread.
And SBST is complying with that. 3720L is an A/C Scania N113CRB.Originally posted by th1988:For my final say bef it gets into like the fight between Class 95 and Perfect 10 DJs.
OK, the reply from PTC says that 90 should have 1 ASD and 7 NDDs, convience with this reply.
Do you need me to copy the reply?
Actually if you notice perfect10 and class 95 djs are just playing around.Originally posted by th1988:For my final say bef it gets into like the fight between Class 95 and Perfect 10 DJs.

Give the whole thing a break!! There are more things to worry then your bus 90.Originally posted by th1988:But still at 1 pt is went crazy.
OK, 3720L is not on Off peak, this is what PTC is concerned on my complaint. Matter is given to LTA as PAC have to be daily 0600-2330 as PAC to them and me means PAC daily and entire op.
