I agree. Everything that SBST did, they sure have their reasons. So sometimes unless the situation gets really bad, we can just sit and wait for SBST to take action. I have mentioned before that I once complained about my encounter with Svc 30 and I emailed SBST about it. What, then, is your point in writing all the way up to PTC or LTA? Yes, you can defend yourself by saying that they don't meet up to [b]YOUR standards. Does SBST have to entertain one guy alone because he complains to PTC and LTA about what he feels is not up to his standard? What if everyone starts to complain? Won't SBST have hell lots of problems to face everyday? They might as well fold up their business.
I believe that you have your reasons to your unhappiness with SBST and if you realise that by going through proper channels is not working, at least consider the reason why it is not working.
