Countdown 2004 Diversion at Boon Lay Place

  Svcs 99, 240 and 246 will be diverted away from Boon Lay Place from 10pm, 31/12/03 to 2am, 1/1/04.. see here..
  
  but why Boon Lay Place? anyone stays there and happens to noe why?

  Perhaps the CDC or the CC are having some celebrations for the residents?
  
  As far as I know the official countdown party is at Sentosa Tanjong Beach.

  There could be a parade along the road. May have to go there and investigate.
