  39: Fast one from Yishun to Pasir Ris
  161: Zippin' thru to Sengkang in 30 mins from Woodlands
  168 Flies thru' TPE to Tampines in 30 mins, Bedok in an hour from Woodlands
  965: Reach Sengkang within 30 mins from Yishun
  969 Definitely reach Tampines within 30 mins from Yishun

  Sv. 989 had the longest express sector of any non <-XTORTION service AFAIK.

  Current favourite expressway services...
  
  Service 168 - Bedok to Woodlands in as fast as 45 minutes to an hour
  Service 30 - The view from Benjamin Sheares Bridge is simply breathtaking
  Services 187/963 - Bt Panjang to Woodlands in like what, 15 mins? Wow..
  Service 190 - Need I say more?
  
  Favourite expressway service which is already gone...
  Service 8 - The power of the Atlanteans put to the test while moving upramp on the Benjamin Sheares Bridge from Republic Boulevard

  For me,
  
  SBST: Svc36!!!!Reaches SIN/WSSS in 30mins from Orchard!
  My pet svc 39....those Mk5s can easily overtake some TIBS 0405
  
  TIBS: the indispensible svc969 that connects to the east easily, svc 965 to connect to NE corridor, and of course, as an aviation enthusiasts, svc 858 to changi airport in 35mins.

  518 is my favourite service that plys along the expressway. If they downgrade the service to normal service instead of express, the load factor will jump up.

  If Lornie road via Adam road can be deem as one then my vote goes to Bus 74.
  
  Also the road along upper Thompson road all the wat to springleaf Garden is a good route for peaceful thought.

  Although it winds around Pasir Ris and Tampines, but it provides a fast link to Orchard and Marina Centre.

  I actually wished that SBST keep Express 505 and not amending it to become Express 518 in Sep 2000. Express 505 has high demand during the peak hours.

  I missed the good old days I took 505 to Harbourfront but the current 518 is just fine. The only thing that my neighbours complained to me whenever they take 518 is the fare too pricey which I agree.

  Too pricey because it's a Express service. It will remain like this as SBST does not want to convert Express services into trunk services.
