  Actually should have put it as "welcomed by passengers". The loads and demand jumped few folds when Express 521 was renumbered to Trunk service 963, of course with the extension.

  Yes, Sv. 963 is now a highly popular service. Can't say the same for Sv. 521 though.

  I also like 985, can get frm kallang to bukit batok in 25 minutes at night with no jam..faster than MRT..

  My fave was 502 but sadly no more. Its the fastest way from s'goon ave 2 to orchard. not the cheapest, but i ain't complainin.

  You mustn't say that Sv 985 took away Sv 989! In fact, Sv 985 is formed by Sv 185 and Sv 989. There are a few reasons behind why TIBS wanted to do such merger for these 2 svcs. You have to face to truth.

  My fav services that ply on the expressway are as follow:
  Sv 23: Zipping thru PIE from Tampines to Rochor Canal has ever been that fast!
  Sv 161: Especially a Mk 4 DM 3500 can zoom along SLE and TPE and overtake vehicles, just like F1 Cars!
  Sv 27: Just love this svc running pretty fast to Changi Airport

  Yes, Sv. 27 is one fast route. But not with Mk IIIs..
