wah conductor time is like in the 1960-1970.... think from early 1980 onwards no more conductor selling tix liao lor ....
Also during that era, was the dawn of the double decker bus.
I still remmeber people sitting on top throwing rubbish out of the window, some spit, some throw finished food...... once I saw a cigarette butt land on a ladies face at the bus stop..... and a spit land on the top of a car....

Along Sembawang Drive there's also the orange/beige bus stops...
You want older ones try Lim Chu Kang and Canberra Road (near CDANS).. those are classics!! -

I speculate that it might be a stop for Svc 53 and 81 but since there is no demand, SBST decided to let these services skip this stop.

Don't forget those orange and beige bus-stops @ Simei st1, st 4. Those bus stops was build to compliment service 38 when 220 merge with 290[I knew about this because I live in Simei]. 2 bus stops were build along Bedok Reservoir Rd. It was too near to the other bus stops. There was also 2 more build at Bedok south.
