May I have Bus Departure Time from Suntec for TIBS 106?

  I am frustrated by the long waiting times for TIBS 106. I waited for TIBS 106 out Capitol Theatre (which was 3? bus stops away from Suntec), and yet I still waited for 25 minutes before TIBS 106 arrived!!!
  
  I waited for TIBS 106 at 1915h, and it only arrive at 1940h.
