Yes, but still they don't serve the heart area.
966, 985 do not serve TPY at all, in theory terms as they do not enter the Lor 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 TPY at all. Jln TPY is just the e way name. 506 at least enter TPY.
I also went to write in to Tibs abt extending 965 to HGN. But they said that from WDL there is 161. -

numbering it service 20 means u want the service to pass by shenton way which does not happen in any of your routes.
svc 20 will be reserved for a bus that goes tampines - shenton way.

The service 20 is my numbering. SBST can number that service whatever they want. any updates for service 20, I would really hope either version 1 or 3 to be implemented.
Though I know what may be the answer. -
