Actually, the sv is just to link CCK to the parts of Bt Panjang that are poorly served.
But this idea may not come true. -

Unless the new service plys elsewhere before terminating at Pasir Ris, otherwise if it covers the same route as the 4 services, I would say it's quite hard to introduce a new service. -

however one could take many services out to Jln kayu camp bus stop to transfer to ZYX859 which goes PSR central.

If I did not remember wrongly, the Intra-town feeders were introduced in 1996 after the Woodlands Regional Interchange opened.
