  In fact Sv. 90 had 2-axle LOs in 1998, if I remember correctly.

  If I'm not wrong, 90 started to have NDDs when 82 had ADDs and 107 had VO 2x. In fact, it was the same time I think.

  Sv. 82 had 3-axle VOs ever since it was returned to SBST from TIBS.

  Then you are wrong, I stayed along Upp Serangoon before moving to TPY.
  
  When SBS took over, MK2 and MK3 were deployed. They started a SWT till Sengkang during afternoon peak.
  
  In fact, there were commuters asked for ADDs, but it was rejected as Punggol Road low lying trees were not cleared yet.
  
  ADDs were only deployed on the same day VO 2x went to 107.
