646: Toa Payoh Swim Cplx to Changi Airport. Dist related
648: Toa Payoh Swim Cplx to Lower Delta Road, duplicate with 145. Dist related
651: Simei MRT to Changi Airport. Dist related

i used to take 645 in the past, from ghim moh til hougang south only 1 buck... and it is fast... now no more liao....

The service you are talking abt is 634. It is supposed to run between Ghim Moh to Marina Centre now, but drivers not running it. -
636 does have demands, SCDF personnal takes it as 172 is pretty packed during peak hrs.
However only 1 bus is operating it. -

To clear you doubt as it was mine used to be
638 has been withdrawn. The current suituation is that it is a hired bus, meaning monthly fare. This is checked by PTC as I have no other ways to enquire. -

Where did you get this info? It is best to get it from the regulators that is PTC.
Passengers are paying monthly fares as they do not call BS at all. I mean try at Leong Bee Crt at 1750 and you see 1705 pass through with abt 20 pax. The bus just bypass, it does not call to fetch pax. -

Pls, better check with them than spreading rumours. I do not want to hear rumours at all.
Also, without PTC, so you are going to ask the drivers themselves? They are going to chase you out as you don't pay in advance.
As for livelihood, pls, you have to be doing something right to earn heart earned money. If the service is withdrawn, then don't operate as when the authorities find out, the driver gets into trouble as he is going against authorities ruling. -
