It was mine and some pax fault.
Along Dunearn Road, sometimes 171 cannot cope with the demand. So, we initated to Tibs to let 700 to call at all stops to supplement 171.
It was rejected initally but came into action on 2003.
Also 162, was used to be a rapid service as well, skipping Thomson Road (Police Academy, Whitley Flyover), Upp Thomson Road, Newton Road) -
