SBS/TIBS Most Profitable/Unprofitable Routes

  Anyone have info about which routes that SBS/TIBS operate that are the most profitable? Or unprofitable?

  1. With high capacity buses
  2. With fast frequency
  3. All the above
  
  are profitable routes.

  No, some profitable rts on Wkdays may be unprofitable on Sat and Sun, it depends on their rts.
  
  For example, both PLAB services
  
  Low demand on Off Peak, Sat, Sun. High demand during peak and special occasion like RSAF Open Houses.

  Hey there everyone
  
  I think that SBS bus service 147 and Tibs bus service 190 is definitely among the most profitable list of bus services in the 2 bus companies Some others include Service 75, 961, etc.
  
  As to unprofitable bus services, I think Tibs bus service 921 is one of them, unprofitable yet necessary.

  sbst 200 is certainly one of the least profitable route.

  It's almost 8 months "trial" for services 68 and 401, and I still don't see the increase in demand.

  Sv. 190 is a TIBS cash cow. SBST cash cows are any service with lots of pax but not using DDs, like Sv. 36

  What about 175 as one of TIBS most unprofitable routes? I can't think of anyone that would want to go to Lim Chu Kang except soldiers and maybe ghost hunters...

  But for 190, I have wished SBS operate it as their arragement was better and 100% ADD instead of Tibs 80% Bendies. Also ADDs are better espically on PIE/ BKE as most pax has seat than the bendy.

  Bendies only 60, of the 14m superlong bus.

  You missed out 307, it is the more important intra-town service in CCK, very profitable but not well respected by TIBS. As for 190, it doesn't even look like 80% bendy, it looks more like it is only 60% bendy, 190 also not well respected by TIBS

  I don't get why TIBS doesnt drop LCK. 175 is the only service there and that place is deserted except for an army camp.
