Service 252 uses one or two SD. I am not sure if they are of permanent basis.Originally posted by th1988:252 uses SD? No more DD? Because 252 demand is v high
If it's on trial, maybe they are going to get rid of the Mark 2 and VO 2x (Later)
What the hell? Just when i'm having a day off, they put tridents that goes pass my school! I think the depots are suffering an aftermath of the AA2004. Some bus deployments are cocky and I hope SBST will revert back to the original fleets as soon as possible.Originally posted by off_service:SBS 9678 L on sv 62
SBS 9686 M and SBS 9689 E on sv 89

CorrectOriginally posted by carbikebus:I was at my dad's working place@ Joo Koon Circle/Rd,When i saw it.Thought it is a Strider,But when i see the rear, it is obviously a MK5 due to the taillights. But i really think it is just a cameo bus cause after hours of waiting,I did not see it again. It is also unvisible for me to spot the rego.

I think SBST won't putting off the Olympian 2x for now,It is really suitable bus deployment on JIS.About the MK2,No ideas.
BTW,SBST are always known for their unpredictable bus deployments,Right?
I hope they are permanent on service 89.Originally posted by off_service:SBS 9678 L on sv 62

SBS953B back on 89.
SBS9172D on 17 (Svc 17 front desto but Svc 10 rear desto. Laughing my head off when I saw the rear desto).
Took SBS804Z on 89. Whoever says Mk3s are sluggish buses, ought to give this bus a try. Maybe it's the driver but without a powerful bus, no matter how much the driver floor the accelerator, also useless. Anyway the driver floored the accelerator when he was exiting the Sengkang slip road into TPE. Felt as if I was in a F1 car exiting the pits. LOL.
For me living in Toa Payoh for 14+ years, I would want to say that the present interchange is currently the samllest interchange of the three interchanges bulit in Toa Payoh and DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE, I repeat, IT DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE for all buses and 88 b uses have to unload passengers in Services 8,28,155,159 berths if there is not enough space and will park at the apron if the bus at the 88 berth has not turn out.139,143 and 143, the situation is the worst. As for the feeder section, buses does not evenhave enought space that they need to park at the o parking striped area. I prefer the old one(not the tempoarary one) as it has one of the most parking space in Singapore then and you can see a lo0t of extra spaces there. Now you understand?Originally posted by tranquilice:Wonder why it's not the other way round since Toa Payoh has more parking space than Sengkang.![]()
I wonder what kind of fares are charged since there is no provision for Aircon fares in JIS.Originally posted by Superbus:Fellow member, carbikebus, spotted a Mark 5 on Service 252.
Cheers and warm regards
Wait long long. Don't snatch my Sv. 153 bus away! I do agree with Scania that TPY Int is very cramped now. There are NOT enough lots for Sv. 88, the buses have to turn inside Sv. 28, Sv. 159 lots to drop people, then reverse out of the lot and temporarily park at the apron!Originally posted by tranquilice:I hope they are permanent on service 89.![]()
3621 is an NAC bus at Ctrl. Also 3621 does not end with JOriginally posted by leeJZ:CAC Scania SBS 3621 J on Sv 18
