To me, they are just irresponsible.
First thing first --> e-guide. Now, SBST's peeps have already so much work to do for feedbacks and stuffs. It's hard for them to maintain it constantly, since workload is pretty high. Therefore, the probability for them to upgrade the website is just 0
2nd thing --> Every bus companies do have constraint when deploying buses to every route. Do not always complain that about Sv 90 just because SBST deploys whole fleet of NAC Scania N113CRB to it. Looking at the fleet size within Central district, it's always hard for them to deploy air-conditioned buses to some Partial Air-Con svcs as some other svcs need the air-conditioned buses. It's NOT a case of bias-ness. Also, why do we sometimes see NAC buses on FAC bus svcs? That's how this principle applies to such a context. Now let me ask you this, e.g. You've just started a bus company that operates 3 routes (e.g. Sv 1, Sv 2 and Sv 3). You have let say 30 buses in your company, 18 A/c Buses, 12 non a/c buses. Sv 1 and Sv 2 are a/c and Sv 3 is nac. Now, Sv 1 and 2 needs about say 9 buses each during peak hours. Sv 3 is a mid-demand bus sv during peak hours but freq is not so fantastic. However on this day, 1 a/c buses is broken down. You've no choice but to deploy one nac bus to it. Of course, you do not have magic powers to convert one nac bus to a/c, or to "twink" and one ac bus pops out. What's the moral of this story? When you have constraints, you can only use the limited amount of resources that you have to fufil customers' needs.
