But if that link is really needed, Sv 39 can just go from Ave 7 - Ave 2 - Ave 5 - Ave 4...Ave 7
TPJC already has plenty of services...served by Sv 29, 19, 9, 21, 81, 17, 3, 12...plenty of alternatives..As for MJC, they have Sv 81 & 53, maybe SBS can introduce 81A from TAM - MJC or beef up the frequency of 81... -

Saw 31 destos(SD front, side(metal), rear) on top of the bus shelter outside Tampines Stadium(Tampines ave 5). You may Board any DD, and then look on top of the shelter and you will see destos of svc 31.

I did this analysis before term closes. I have the same idea as you but after analysing, I find that its quite alright with the current situation. Moreover, there's an additional service from PSR MRT to MJC - Svc 39. -

TIBS buses are replaced by CSS buses for Pasir Ris-SAF Ferry Terminal shuttle services today... Not sure if this is permanent... This shall free up quite a lot of buses for TIBS during the weekend if this change is permanent...
