Are they in service when the accident happened?Originally posted by Scania:To the Moderators: Why not have this thread as a thread for accidents and break downs.
11 Feb 2004 3674L of bram crashed into 0061A at a bus stop on Lor 6 Toa Payoh (the bus stop after the slip road). 3674L had its windscreen broken, while 0061A had its back dented. Although 0061A had a much serious damage, it continued to Toa Payoh int.
One more thing, the brake of 3674L was supected to have malfunctioned as the driver shouted "bo brake".
Scania lovers, this is not a serious damage for the two buses (or injury, if you really love them). Scania haters, we do not want flame wars
Yes they were.Originally posted by tranquilice:Are they in service when the accident happened?
It was SBS49L, not 48P. I hate Svc. 29's fleet of Scanias, all ancient ones, even Svc. 19's ones are mostly newer Scanias and a couple oldies...Originally posted by Airbus330Captain:If only mark 2s or mercedes buses in my area instead of scanias. SBS48P always have problems. That scania on 29 has break down more often then the other 29's scania.
ZYX: Not true 0061A had improved a lot since it came to bramOriginally posted by xin1jun2:heng ah i took 3674 already and SBS61A deserved to be crashed...

I was refering to 48P not 49L. I have seen 48P break down a lot of times.Originally posted by leeJZ:It was SBS49L, not 48P. I hate Svc. 29's fleet of Scanias, all ancient ones, even Svc. 19's ones are mostly newer Scanias and a couple oldies...
Seeing a bendy getting towed away from a terminal would be very interesting.Originally posted by delonchew:TIB1203H towed away from Harbourfront this afternoon at around 12.10pm
It's actually an interchange, in SBST term.Originally posted by off_service:Seeing a bendy getting towed away from a terminal would be very interesting.
