SINGAPORE : Five people were injured when a van collided with an SBS bus on Sunday night.
Three of them were in the van, while the other 2 were bus passengers.
All were rushed to the Tan Tock Seng Hospital following the accident which happened at the junction of Toa Payoh Lorong 2 and Lorong 3 at 11:20pm.
Eyewitnesses who called the Channel NewsAsia hotline said Civil Defence officers had to extricate the front seat passenger from the van.
Police say the driver and passengers of the van, all in their 20s, suffered hand, leg and facial injuries.
The 2 bus passengers sustained leg injuries. - CNA
