the new DAF DB250 demonstrator ZYX7121T has begun trial runs on ZYX190.. as mentioned the bus has ZF5HP592 gearbox, wright solar fusion bodywork.
and fine...it looks a handphone... lolz
big handphones on ZYX190 soon. the rest of the DAF Db250s will progressively join the ZYXbus fleet at KJDEP. they will be placed on services like 188 la, 190 la, 67 la, 61 also. =)

well the citaros have been put back on the roads as they are now no longer a danger. the error had been rectified.
however the some of the citaro bus makers from EvoBus will stay in singapore to moniter the situation.
the citaros have since returned back to ZYX51, ZYX197, ZYX859, ZYX184, ZYX189, ZYX61, ZYX962, YX969, ZYX980, ZYX169
more new citaros will be introduced on the launce of ZYX988 on 1 may 2004, these will be the last batch of citaro citaros. the brand new OC500LE (g) citaros will be progressively intorudced into the ZYXbus fleet also

(ZYX111 was integrated with ZYX36 in july 2002)

ZYX158 will be renumbered as ZYX72
ZYX72 will mot likely handover services to CBS... waiting for agreement =P if otherwise the bus will be renumbered as ZYX112

CBSBus Diversion Plan
With effect from 27th April 2004, with the closure of the exclusive bus lane along Geylang Lor 1 towards Upp Boon Keng Rd, CBS24 will be diverted until further notice. This is due to the Nicoll Highway incident and with the increase in traffic capacity along Kallang Rd, an extra lane is needed along Geylang Lor 1 for traffic travelling towards Mountbatten Rd.
As such, CBS24 will call at an extra bus stop along Sims Ave, outside Kallang MRT Stn.
CBS24 towards Pasir Ris will not be affected.
CBS24 towards St Michael's Ter:
Geylang Rd, Kallang Rd, (U-turn before ERP Gantry), Kallang Rd, Sims Ave, Geylang Lor 1, and continue via normal route.

With several new routes in the pipeline, BusTrans has decided to purchase 50 more MAN 24.310 double-deck buses, making for a total of 100. These buses will be introduced progressively from July 2004.

CBSBus Temporary Diversion Plan for JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge 2004
On Wednesday 28th April 2004, to facilitate the above event and for the safety of all participants, Connaught Dr will be closed from 5pm to 7pm. However, no CBSBus services is affected by this closure.
In addition, 3 bus stops along Raffles Ave will be skipped from 1750 hrs to 1815 hrs. As such, CBS21 & CBS30 will not call at these bus stops during this period.

This student service serves a total of 9 Schools.Also pass through mosque. Why? On fridays, Muslim Pupils will go for their Friday Prayers. So, this bus stops at Al-Khair Mosque
Make life easy for the pupils, increase business @ mosque. This service should operate whole day to benefit all pupils. Diff schools come out at diff times.
What is your view on this GREAT service. Should I suggest to TIBS?
