TRANS TRANSIT PRESS RELEASE
Due to overwhelming demads from passenger in MRTC areas and also to confusion in this forum, a last minute decision has been made by the President & V President of TTS.
TTS WILL TAKE OVER ALL MRTC SERVICES ON THE OFFICIAL ROLLING IN DATE, 5/6/04
With immediate effect, Trans Transit will take over all
MRTC bus services except 167, 965, 980 and 981. Other
rival companies such as CTS will operate these
services. This move will ensure that commuters will
not be confused due to the immediate change of CTS
minds. Also, we would like to inform other companies
to kindly inform us beforehand if any service
takeovers are done as it has been published earlier
that TTS will take over all MRTC services. Please take
note that services 962 and 859 will be under TTS
still, as they operate from Woodlands and Yishun
respectively.

I wonder are some of you blind or must i state that actual company names are not allowed to be stated here?! It has been emphasised by off_service before and now I'm emphasising it again.
If the authorities happen to come by here and see all these, dont blame us for not reminding you. -
Just two days ago it wasn't like this.
Now we have territorial disputes, abrupt and unruly takeovers, and unfair criticisms of our existing, dear Public Transport Operators.
The Fantasy Buses Thread, as i see it, is meant to provide a platform for us to exercise our creativity in amending and/ or introducing bus services. It is NOT meant for us to criticise others or engage in monopolistic activities. Since this thread is helping us to see what is ideal for Singapore's public transport, do we want to see this kind of disputes and etc that is going on?
So please, i would appeal to all those who have an intention to set up a fantasy bus company, do so with others in mind. Allow others to duplicate your routes, instead of going green and guarding them like crazy. Respect other's ideas and suggestions. And most importantly do not post any degrading remarks about any party, including our existing transit operators.
Hope everyone can enjoy this hobby.

TTS hand-over ceremony
Tommorow, MRTC buses will give up all their services to TTS Corp. This is how the ceremony's gonna take place.SMRT will get to operate the services till 3.00PM, in the evening.
3.00PM: MRTC & TTS Presidents will meet at the historic CCK int. 2 handovers have taken place here since it opened in 1989.3.30PM: Residents gather in the interchange to witness the handover. A contract is made declaring that MRTC gives up everything to TTS.4.00PM: TTS1020 will be the first bus to enter CCK int. It will pick up all the VIP, including the Presidents to bring to Woodland Regional Int.4.30PM: All services @ CCK will be operated by TTS.5.00PM: At WRI, the two Vice presidents will greet the presidents and here, they walk around the int before the ceremony begins.5.30PM: A special cement patch will be driven over by a MRTC bus, to signify that MRTC was once here. The vice presidents will sign here and write down the date, than, the MRTC & TTS logos will be stamped there.6.30PM: TIB1247 will bring all VIP, Presidents, and Vice presidents back to CCK on TTS's first service, Service 728(CCK-WD)6.45PM: All WD, CCK, YIS & SEM services will start to be operated by TTS.7.00PM: Buffet dinner at CCK int.All the specially invited guests, the SGbuses Enthusiast Club, will be able to enjoy this buffet with all th VIPs. 
Can discuss everything you want to know abt TTS buses.8.00PM: A special video on the Public Transportation of Singapore will be shown.8.30PM: Fireworks display9.00PM: Dawn of the TTS era

BusTrans Introduces Phase 2 of Eastern Territories Plan
With the successful launch of Phase 1, BusTrans is pleased to announce the introduction of Phase 2 of the Eastern Territories plan. The remaining two services of this plan will be launched on the 13th of June 2004. The new routes will better link Bedok and Tampines residents to the western parts of the island
619 : Bedok Int - Mei Ling St (Loop)
624 : Tampines Int - Clementi Int
With the introduction of these two services, it is hoped that accessibility between the eastern and western parts of Singapore is enhanced. We would also like to emphasize that although the routes might seem long, BusTrans routes use the expressways to ensure a faster and smoother ride.

Yishun Int (I applied before cck does it... so the buses I take are those that he did not apply for beforehand)
Bukit Batok Int
Jurong East/West/Ind

It's a matter of time for CTS, TTS to control north fully...

Depots of CityTrans
There are 3 depots of CityTrans, located in
Jurong (current SLBP)
Office Tower to be built over there also as part of extension Plan. Renamed as Jurong Depot (JDEP)
Ang Mo Kio (current AMDEP and AMKDEP)
The two depots will be merged and an extension plan has been made to extend the depot. It will be renamed as Ang Mo Kio Headquarters (AMHQ).
Mandai Depot (along Mandai Rd)
New depot will be built and also named as Mandai Depot (MDEP)
New plans for Yishun Depot & Seletar Depot will be made shortly. -

ITBS 116 is formed by SMRT 106 & SBST 111. It plies between Bukit Batok and Harbourfront. Can You allow us to ' invade' into your territories? ABC Transitlink is the one who decided to form svc 116 and is operated by ITBS.

This will correct your misunderstanding. -

Machiam ZYXbus and CBS got services in Woodlands Sembawang and Yishun liao lor...
The Sembawang interchange built by CBS is currently shared between ZYXBus and CBS. It is situated on the open field along Sembawang Vista. Yesterday I went there to inspect the services.. Not bad.. -
If like this...
