I dont see how the services are going to be affected by the Asian Aerospace since they did not close Nicoll Drive or Telok Paku Road.Originally posted by service_238:If its affected, u can walk to CACC yourself.
expect some dirty and 'no' aircon buses on these shuttles for they will be provided by BNDEP.
Not true. For the past few years, they had deployed 96XX series DDs on these shuttles.Originally posted by service_238:If its affected, u can walk to CACC yourself.

ONLY the bus stops, not the road. Same as 2002 when I went as part of group from SPF.Originally posted by th1988:Lastest news from SBST website
9, 19, 89 will only call along Telok Paku Road and Cargo Cplx.
So Nicoll Dr is closed

Exactly. If Nicoll Drive is closed even to public buses, how is 9, 19 and 89 going to even get to the Cargo Complex?Originally posted by Yusry:ONLY the bus stops, not the road. Same as 2002 when I went as part of group from SPF.

9, 19 will be calling normally to cater to crowd. 89 may have to check with SBST as it is quite new compared to 9, 19 so it may be missed.
He was wrong. Service 9, 19 & 89 won't be calling at any of the bus stops along Telok Paku Road and Nicoll Drive. Passengers are only allowed to board/alight the affected services along Loyang Avenue (before Changi Village Road) and at Changi Airport Cargo Complex itself. However this rule only applies from 8 am to 6.30 pm from the 24th to 29th February 2004.Originally posted by tranquilice:Meaning the buses of both services will stop along Nicoll Dr?
What he meant was the scheduling will still be the same and the 3 services will continue to provide the links with an exception that they cannot call at the Nicoll Dr bus stops.Originally posted by tranquilice:Meaning the buses of both services will stop along Nicoll Dr?
Sv. 9, Sv. 19 and Sv. 89 WILL NOT call along Nicoll Dr. You're wrong.Originally posted by th1988:Every thing confirmed

But normal operations will be the same other than the "road closure" along Nicoll Drive. But expect for heavy traffic jam on Loyang Dr.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Sv. 9, Sv. 19 and Sv. 89 WILL NOT call along Nicoll Dr. You're wrong.
Did you mean Loyang Ave or Nicoll Drive? Loyang Drive is inside Loyang Industrial Estate.Originally posted by th1988:But normal operations will be the same other than the "road closure" along Nicoll Drive. But expect for heavy traffic jam on Loyang Dr.
As what Delon has said, it is Ave and not Dr. Sorry for thatOriginally posted by delonchew:Did you mean Loyang Ave or Nicoll Drive? Loyang Drive is inside Loyang Industrial Estate.
