Is it? time to check out their timesheets!Originally posted by TIB1186Z:DDs generally return to depot sometime in the middle of the day to refill. One can see from the driver's timetable. Its printed on it.
From what I noted, all service 161 and 168 buses will refuel during mid day. However, the timing for the buses can vary from 1+pm to 5+pm depending on schedule.Originally posted by TIB1186Z:It depends.
The papers once quoted that an MB0405 can go up to a maximum of 650km b4 topping up. For this reason, most Single decks only refill once a day when they return to depot at night. Exception tt i noe of is svc 168, where drivers return during mid-day to refill at BN due to the rather long, and express sector.

Swing schedule buses doesnt fuel up at midday because there's still enough fuel in the tank for its evening run..Originally posted by th1988:For other svs, it is not in the timetable. Even on Swing sechelude buses.
seems like there's a fuel problem going on.. fuel leakage?Originally posted by SBS9818A:Most times the fuel should be enough for one full day service. However 984L of Sv. 153 ran out of fuel at TPY Lor 2 headed to HGC.
Hmm...more like the driver din check the fuel gauge properly b4 leaving.Originally posted by service_238:seems like there's a fuel problem going on.. fuel leakage?
Even when it returns aft Aft Peak, there is no indication on the timetable.Originally posted by service_238:Swing schedule buses doesnt fuel up at midday because there's still enough fuel in the tank for its evening run..
NO timesheet indicates the driver whether to refill or not. By right, the driver should refill the tank everyday after its run in the evening.Originally posted by th1988:Even when it returns aft Aft Peak, there is no indication on the timetable.
TIB 961J. Such events do happen quite often, battery problems do surface, such as 9800A.Originally posted by TIB1186Z:Hmm...more like the driver din check the fuel gauge properly b4 leaving.
I once took TIB961C on 171 when the fuel empty warning came on along BKE. Quite terrifying, but apparently there was enuf for it to return to Yishun safely
