This is the gist of the Tibs notice for Sv 855 drivers regarding the shift of berths (the English was not too good):
To improve the safety level at (the) bus parking area, with effect from Saturday, 28th February 2004, we would be swapping the layover berths of Service 855 to Berth 15-17 (formerly at Berths 18-20 which would be vacant). This would reduce the risk of our Service Captain (sic) from knocking into the fire hydrant along the driveway behind Berth 20.
You are also advised to refrain from parking on Berths 18 - 20 as these berths would be use (sic) by external bus operators from time to time.

The funny thing is, isn't the driveway big enough for a O405 or a Lance to reverse without even reaching near the kerb behind?
