Which bus svc is intact and longest serving till now?

  Which bus svc has not being amended, and the longest serving? I only know that 24 has no route changes ever since the introduction in 1982...

  the Singapore sector of the route of Svc 170 has been intact since 1960s or even earlier before being merged to form SBS..

  longest serving without amendments preferably... btw, toa payoh feeder services only came at abt 1980++...only 230 was around in 1970s...

  Some possible candidates that have already existed in the 1970s:
  
  10: Upper Changi Road - Jurong
  30: Kampong Chai Chee - Jurong
  143: Toa Payoh - Jurong Road 16km Market
  
  I think the following was an STC bus in the 1960s:
  
  20: Siglap - Collyer Quay
  
  The SBS service 20, Bedok - Ghim Moh, was withdrawn in 1989 and most probably covered the route of STC 20 as SBS 20 also went to Siglap and Collyer Quay.

  Yes and Teban Gardens terminal used to be known as Jurong Depot terminal.

  Services 292, 293 and 294 have been in existence way earlier than Service 290. Simei Estate came about only in the late 80's.

  It is approximately where the Bt Batok Swimming Complex now stands. The section of Bt Batok East Ave 6 between Jln Jurong Kechil and Blk 210 was part of Jurong Rd then.

  How about 225? Is it stilll around? It has remained unchanged from 1980. 220, apart from being moved from Chai Chee to Bedok, is relatively unchanged too.
  
  272, 273, 274 and 284 have also remained the same since 1980. That's 24 years! Unless radical changes occur in Telok Blangah and Clementi, these services will remain intact for more years to come.

  i cant really think of any bus service that exits today and back then. most if not all the main turnkies have been amended a few bus stops here and there. for example svc 170 is counted as amended at least in the johore part.
