There are no perm O405 serving 985, you probaly saw it on either friday, saturday or sunday where CHC affects the bus depolymentsOriginally posted by rancour5:Also..what is the rego of the 2 0405 serving 985.
Now that's true!Originally posted by Scania:As like MK3s of SBS Transh*t, I don't care about DAFs as I treat them as the MK3s of TIBS.
What does lao sie mean?Originally posted by rancour5:707 - 172 (driver lao sie in the bus before at CCK)
I think it means 'Lao Sai'.Originally posted by tranquilice:What does lao sie mean?![]()
All the DAFs are based in Kranji Depot. Most services in Bt Batok and CCK are served by this depot. Hope this helps.Originally posted by rancour5:I interested cos it seems to be concentrated around my area...dont know Y??.....I think practically all the DAFs can be found in bukit batok and CCK interchange..
Because they are based in KJDEP. The only BB service not to use DAFs at all is Sv. 852, it's not controlled by KJ.Originally posted by rancour5:I interested cos it seems to be concentrated around my area...dont know Y??.....I think practically all the DAFs can be found in bukit batok and CCK interchange..
Formerly it was, until the day sv 966 was introduced.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Because they are based in KJDEP. The only BB service not to use DAFs at all is Sv. 852, it's not controlled by KJ.
I think KJDEP gave up Sv. 852 too because Sv. 184 needed lots of buses.Originally posted by off_service:Formerly it was, until the day sv 966 was introduced.
The frequency now for sv 184 was totally hopeless, compared to 5 - 10 mins when it was with WLDEP during peak hours.Originally posted by SBS9818A:I think KJDEP gave up Sv. 852 too because Sv. 184 needed lots of buses.
Yes, as cameos.Originally posted by leeJZ:Even Sv 61 has DAFs?
Sv. 61, Sv. 67, Sv. 190 have operated DAFs before.Originally posted by leeJZ:Even Sv 61 has DAFs?
Give 184 back to WLDEPOriginally posted by off_service:The frequency now for sv 184 was totally hopeless, compared to 5 - 10 mins when it was with WLDEP during peak hours.
KJDEP seems to be struggling with the service 184 deployments. Even 12m buses are deployed on weekdays, even peak hours!
Just withdraw Sv. 985 and reinstate Sv. 989 lahOriginally posted by service_238:Give 184 back to WLDEP![]()
TIBS will never reinstate a former route. Because they do not want to admit their mistake of removing that particular serviceOriginally posted by SBS9818A:Just withdraw Sv. 985 and reinstate Sv. 989 lah
Never ah? Then tell me how Sv. 960 came about?Originally posted by cck_190:TIBS will never reinstate a former route. Because they do not want to admit their mistake of removing that particular service![]()

I think he (cck 190) means re-instate without a change in route. Service 960 route is not the same as service 950 route. Service 960 only has route same to service 950 between BKE (after Bt Panjang) and Bugis area. Also back then, service 950 ply express between BKE and Little India.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Never ah? Then tell me how Sv. 960 came about?
