For those who want to have suggestions or unhappiness with a certain service, please contact the concerned bus company. No matter how much you complained or post the threads in this forum, it won't help abit. We can give you our views but it all boils down to the decisions of the bus companies.
Of course, we welcome you to post the replies from the bus companies, but please do not include the names of the staffs who replied to the feedback so as to protect their privacy.
