Services 112, 113 and 119 to call at former Hougang Sth int

  With effect from Saturday 27 March 2004, services 112, 113 and 119 will skip the bus stop outside former Hougang South interchange and will call inside the interchange instead.

  LTA made the decision to close the interchange for re-development by HDB.

  It's a pity the stop is only in one direction. They can well have it in both directions. Look out for new guides soon!

  i go there twice a week. seems tt they were doing some kind of renovation or maintenance work, even for the roads.

  They repaved the roads inside HG South Int? Perhaps in preparation for the conversion to temporary carpark.

  I remembered service 27 called Tampines interchange in both directions when it was plying Pasir Ris - Changi Airport route.

  It's like the former Woodlands Centre terminal, after all the services there are relocated to Woodlands Regional interchange, feeder services 900 and 904 still called there.
  
  Hougang South interchange is closed last month, maybe due to the expiry date. The reasons for the 3 services to use the interchange, I guess, is that staffs are not needed as the 3 services do not terminate there, and also re-development has not started. The interchange is just like a normal bus stop.
