If that happens I make sure u PAY the PRICE!Originally posted by skyline_05:take out svc 238...input 237....run current 238 route....stop at tp polyclinic...turn towards peichun n run to lor 2 n int
what does this have to do with the MRT? This is a feeder svc... and furthermore 232 is running the route (TPY - lor 2 - lor 7 - lor 2 - TPY)Originally posted by skyline_05:take out svc 238...input 237....run current 238 route....stop at tp polyclinic...turn towards peichun n run to lor 2 n int

Are you sure service 93 virtually duplicates the entire circle line? Service 93 does not ply Dhoby Ghaut, Marina Centre, National Stadium, Serangoon, Bishan, Marymount, Holland Village, Buona Vista, NUH and Pasir Panjang.Originally posted by leeJZ:Sv 93 is 99% sure to be withdrawn, as it virtually duplicates the ENTIRE Circle Line.
Sv 28, Sv 24 & Sv 22 duplicate the part from Paya Lebar - Bishan, so they are likely to be ammended.
However, maybe some duplicating services will be kept to act as a buffer for the MRT (Sv 2 for EWL, Sv 147 for NEL etc)
Service 191 will stay, as it goes deep into Portsdown Rd which CCL does not.Originally posted by rancour5:95 will probably go so will 191 since CCL will go to biopolis/NUH/NUS..97/106/111 also potential for delisting since CCL will go all the way to suntec also...
It follows the Circle Line, in some areas loosely, in some areas closely, but its route is like it...Originally posted by tranquilice:Are you sure service 93 virtually duplicates the entire circle line? Bishan?
"Loosely" is wide distance apart.Originally posted by leeJZ:It follows the Circle Line, in some areas loosely, in some areas closely, but its route is like it...
Doesn't the Circle Line hit Bishan also? I'm refering to the section between Bishan & Paya Lebar. Sv 28 and the others duplicate nearly the whole section.
Sv. 28 does not ply Bishan, my boy, unless you consider Braddell Rd part of Bishan.Originally posted by leeJZ:It follows the Circle Line, in some areas loosely, in some areas closely, but its route is like it...

Must as well make 93 to AMK-HBF svc... Since there aint links to Queensway frm AMKOriginally posted by SBS9818A:Sv. 28 does not ply Bishan, my boy, unless you consider Braddell Rd part of Bishan.
Sv. 93 could potentially become a Bishan - HBF service.

Why not merge 95 & 96? 96 should get long bus.Originally posted by gynobcard:95 cannot be withdrawn lah. many ppl incl me rely on 95 from buona vista to nus. dont forget that 95 virtually serves more than 60% of the NUS campus. more likely that 95A will go
When CCL is completed, there will b an MRT station at NUH. and fr there, there r NUS ISB. 95 will become redundant.Originally posted by gynobcard:95 cannot be withdrawn lah. many ppl incl me rely on 95 from buona vista to nus. dont forget that 95 virtually serves more than 60% of the NUS campus. more likely that 95A will go

Why not just take direct Sv. 105?Originally posted by service_238:I want 93 intact... for the next few years that is... hehe.. why?
Eunos Link - Braddell Rd in 15min flat at night
Braddell Rd - Queensway = a shorter route for me to get to SP for the next 3 years
Passing thru orchard rd can be quite sickening at times...Originally posted by SBS9818A:Why not just take direct Sv. 105?
Service 93 is more direct.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Why not just take direct Sv. 105?
Service_238 has to transfer if he is to take 93. Sv. 93 drivers can be notoriously slow during the daytime, while Sv. 105 drivers chiong.Originally posted by tranquilice:Service 93 is more direct.
Also, services 153 and 186 are more direct between Whitley Rd and Queensway (before C'wealth Ave) than service 105.
I noticed that. SBST93 drivers chiong at nightOriginally posted by SBS9818A:Service_238 has to transfer if he is to take 93. Sv. 93 drivers can be notoriously slow during the daytime, while Sv. 105 drivers chiong.
