Which part of any new town is hardly accessible by bus?

  Which part of any new town is hardly inaccessible by bus? IMO, I feel that Yew Tee and Punggol are hardly accessible from city.

  Bukit Panjang Ring Rd, just alongside Segar LRT station. Don't forget Fernvale of Sengkang, only Sv. 163 goes there.

  Hmm... try Binchang Walk in Bishan. You have to walk all the way out for a bus.
