the SBS9C bus was still ard my sec 3 days which makes it 1996

service 17 was intoduced in the 1970s or maybe the STC17 days when this 17 goes from east side to shenton way (loop)
it was a semi express service. if i recall

As for SBS 9888 Y which is the VSO with EDS, I saw it leaving Harbourfront this morning on Service 80 at 11.45am. -
