My interest in this topic arose from an unprofessional reply received on observations on how double deduction had happened.
This has led me to the question of how much did the public know about the overcharging as bus companies have not been open to discussion on this matter.
With bus and train intergration, the overcharging on bus services has not kept up with the good train service. Why should this be so if the service providers are serious about reasonable level of service quality on this aspect. What is so wrong about the mistake that the public find unacceptable or acceptable?
If you have something to say, it must be worth giving some attention to it. As your forum may be the only caring about all things on Singapore Buses, there should be voices for all to hear.
What have all been missing?
