Anyone ever overslept inside the bus?

Happen to me last year.Board 154 VO from BNL,Too tired so i just sleep(upp deck) as the journey is quite long.But thank God the driver was considerate to wake me up and he even escort me downstair to open the door.Can't imagine if he doesn't went upstairs to check and i would be in the depot already
Anyone had similiar experiences before? -

I just did. 184 from upper bukit timah rd, down to clementi mrt(already overshot liao, i stay at sunset way). then back up to bukit panjang AGAIN!
ARGH!
same thing also happened to me in Marseille last sept.
from the terminal at my ex's uni, to the terminal in the central city area, where my hotel is, then back up to her terminal again!
when i found out about my goof, i was ready to just sit at the bus stop n cry. -
lots of times....especially when the trip takes almost an hour and you got nothing to do on the bus.

many many times during ns days... got once overslept till the driver woke me up when he cleaning the bus...

- took bus, overslept ......
- cross road n take same service number to go back .....
- oversleep AGAIN !!!!!!!
- cross road ........ again
- stand in an almost empty bus so dun sleep ......
-reach home.

I overslept on Townlink Feeder service 291 before. Don't know i sleep how many loops cause the bus never terminate one. Woke up after forty five mins from boarding time.
I stand also fell asleep before. -

Got people awake but still miss stop wan not?
I almost did, once. Woke up when the bus was approx 300m to the bus stop. Then i press bus stopping bell. Door opened and i still sit there day dream. The buzzer of door closing sound then i 'woke' and realise. So i panic and hurriedly press for the bus to stop. Lucky driver haven't drive out of bus stop.. -

overslept on mrt and bus - sometimes wake up jus in time to realise i passed the bus stop i meant to stop at. on one occasion slept in the mrt until the mrt stopped at the final station and the driver came to wake me up

1st Case:
I overslept in 143 LO towards toa payoh before. I boarded the bus at Orchard and i slept all the way on the upper deck to Toa Payoh Temp int. After everyone alighted the driver woke me up by shouting at me. Cos i think he called nicely but i wasnt responding.. lolz..
One ironic thing is that during the journey when i peered over the window to check the place, I found out it was TPY int already... awaiting parking.. but i continued to sleep anyway.
2nd Case:
I was sleeping in SBST153's SBS 9505 C on 7th Feb 2004 towards BTM along Upp Serangoon Rd. A lady woke me up, telling me that the bus broke down at Paya Lebar Camp. In turn, I woke one indian man up too
I never oversleep in MRT because I can faintly hear the station announcements. What if buses have bus stop announcements.....
"Ding Dong. Next stop: Toa Payoh Interchange. This bus is terminating at the Interchange. All passengers please alight. For passengers transferring to other services in the interchange, kindly look at the Passenger Information Board for your desired destination. Otherwise, please take the MRT where its conveniently located below the Bus Interchange. Thank you for travelling with SBS Transit" -
Never overslept because I'm a light sleeper on buses.
