Off-topic but I dunno where else to post this.
Have anyone been to Hougang Central interchange lately? Noticed that there is not a single rubbish bin in the interchange?
I was there yesterday, litters all over the place as people can't find any rubbish bins to throw their litters.

TPY bins are nowhere in sight. The only bin i can see so far is the exit of TPY MRT Stn at the end of the up-riding escalator near the 238 berth.
i remembered that the 238 berth got one bin. Hence, if there's any drink i'm drinking or any unwanted flyer, i'll throw there. Now that bin is MIA.

It took me 2 trips to Hougang before I finally notice the bins. -
