If the M'sian govt agree (which I don't think they will) the S'pore govt will dismantle the railway. So IMO, it's best to let it stay as it is or you'll miss seeing/hearing/smelling diesel locomotives in Singapore. I have missed seeing freight trains in Jurong ever since the line was closed.Originally posted by iamgoondu:If both SIngapore and Malaysian agreed to move the Tanjong Pagar Rail Station to Woodlands, what suggestions you have had for the vacant lands currently occupied by the rail tracks?
I would love to have another rail line plying between Woodlands and Tanjong Pagar, possible?
