  Whenever i board 76 or 135 (single decker), i often see the front row of the back half of the bus, in front of the tvmobile has an arc on the seat. Is it because of the strain on the passenger's necks?

  I think so too. If the person is sitting there his eyes should be less than 5 cm from the TV screen.
