  Aha,I've used to go TIBS AMDEP for the Service Captain job interview and which was rejected due to unexperience(although i've drive a 14ft covered lorry b4) and before they give me the Highway code 10 questions test which i passed all 10,I've seen a paper stick on the wall that they need a Route planner manager.
  
  One curious thing is,My S'pore PR friend whom only possesed a class 3 and with no experience in driving a truck(Speak broken English somemore)get that job!!

  maybe TIBS regard truck drivers are damn slow and too careful..?
  
  Class 3 is car right? maybe they want their drivers to drive like F1

  More like they prefer PR-holders or Malaysians to locals.

  Cheh,Some Truck drivers i know drives as fast as a car/bike drivers/riders only the restricted speed refrained them doing it too often.
  
  Class3>Motor cars/Motor tractors the weight of which unladen does not exceed 2500 kgs.

  Agreed, I guess most drivers here are not locals.
