there was an initiative in the 90s.. the straits times + the business times + lianhe zaobao + berita harian provided in such racks for passengers to read. their social responsibility to put in back into the racks when they're abt to alight. this initiative was on S21 and a few other services. was SBS1985C at any time a perm on S21? you shud know. it's ur favourite bus. if not, everyone and I would be disappointed with u.Originally posted by SBS1985C:SBS 1985 C has them ....
