I keep forgetting the name of that road, but it's just beside the Northlink factory. I think it's called Admiralty Street.Originally posted by Volvo Olympian:Yeah , same goes for Sv 962 at Sembawang area , can't remember what road
The bus approaches the turn, first turns 90 degrees to the right, then straightens out a bit and then turn another 90 degrees to complete the entire roundabout. That was a few years ago, don't know if LTA improved the road.Originally posted by eX.A.K.R.:I keep forgetting the name of that road, but it's just beside the Northlink factory. Probably the tyres will get burnt off if it's not unlocked.Originally posted by jetabt767400:[url]I always wonder if the vehicle would get damaged when it is towed this way, ie most of the weight resting on the second axle.
Not that rare. Anyway I believe like the trident, the EDS can only take in a few routes. Hence its either 153, 80 or 165.Originally posted by eX.A.K.R.:It may be rare by today's standards, but, if I'm not wrong, that bus used to be a permarnent bus on that route.

Yeah , you are right , it is TIB1197SOriginally posted by Raraken:Today is weird for sv856. Scania CRLs overloaded the sv. Less bendies but the Volgren bendy came.TIB1197S(dun care abt the back letter) with the Voith DIWA gearbox.

not all but when towed rests on one axel(if the brakes are not locked that is). i've seen a volvo olympian towed outside my school gear placed in reverse and pulled by the sbs recovery truck with all 3 axel resting on the road.Originally posted by stooper:Probably the tyres will get burnt off if it's not unlocked. But I think the weight won't be a big problem since the engines is in the trailer anyway. And the same thing happens to cars when it gets towed, the entire weight rests on one axle.
SBS81S is the only one ...Originally posted by Raraken:I didn't know that SBS Transit had MAN 18.240s. Man, they're used as training buses, right?

the Interior looks like those days where SBS used to have the blue strip seats on Mercs , volvo's...Originally posted by Raraken:So sad. The MAN interior look so nice.
